Registering with us is simple and easy. Candidates can do so online via the recruitment page on our website by downloading a registration form, filling it in to the best of your knowledge, and uploading it through our contact form. Please supply your most preferred form of contact in order for us to get in touch with you at your convenience.

Alternatively, you can send your registration form and any supporting photocopied documents to our postal address. We do require candidates to send evidence of their CPCS or CSCS cards, however, so please make sure to have these at hand when registering with us.

Timesheets can be downloaded via our website underneath the resources tab. Simply download the PDF or word document, detail your hours, and send it back to Tower Staff Construction by emailing Do not hesitate to call us if you have any queries on 01472 350498.

All timesheets should be sent to our offices by 12pm on the Monday following the previous working week. Employees will then be paid on the Friday of the same week after the signed timesheet has been handed in.

If you are an experienced construction worker and looking for your next temporary or permanent contract, it is often best practise to keep an eye on our vacancy board on a weekly or even daily basis. Ensure you hold the relevant qualifications for the role you’d like to apply for and remember to stay up to date on industry news.

For those who have had a change or career or are just starting out within the industry, we have partnered with Cathedral Training to offer candidates the necessary qualifications you need to obtain in order to begin working in construction. Of course, our team is always happy to help if you have any additional queries.

Generally, this is dependent on the vacancy applied for, though may only take up to a few hours – including the completion of registration forms, the obtaining of references and full receipt of all requested documentation.

Tower Staff Construction Ltd does not offer training at the moment, though we have partnered with Cathedral Training who offer an array of qualifications. Based in Market Rasen, they are ideally situated for those local to Lincolnshire and candidates who are looking to expand their knowledge of the industry. We also advise candidates seeking either retraining or new qualifications to contact companies such as Beveridge Training and DKM Group.

Most of the jobs we advertise on our website will require a Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) or a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card. If you do not already have one, or are looking to obtain the relevant card for another role, you can contact one of your local test centres to find out more information. If you are based in Lincolnshire, Cathedral Training are a recognised test centre of CPCS and CSCS.
