1. Client Contact Form

Clients who wish to contact us for any recruitment needs. We request that you provide us with your name, email address and information about your recruitment needs. We will contact you via email or telephone to discuss your current requirements and contact you in the future (if consent has been given) via email and/or telephone about our services and events. You may unsubscribe at any time.

2. Recruitment Registration (Applicants)

We request information from you on our online registration forms. Here you must provide contact information, this information is used to get in touch with you regarding your application. We also request information regarding the type of work you are seeking and your skills, qualifications and experience, employment history and your rights to work within the UK etc, this information is used to enable us to provide you with work-finding services.

Tower Staff Construction Ltd shares your data with clients with suitable job opportunities. We do not share your information for external marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Tower Staff Construction Ltd will retain an ‘Applicants’ personal data only for as long as is necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time. The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services. If we have not had meaningful contact with you for a period of 12-months (3 years if consent has been given), we will delete your personal data (contact data is retained indefinitely) from our systems unless we believe in good faith that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it (for example, because of our obligations to tax authorities or in connection with any anticipated litigation).

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information

You can update or change your details that you have registered with us during the completion of either the online web form or the downloadable registration/application form.
